🌿 After Salah Dhikr (Tasbeeh & Supplications)
These Dhikr should be recited after every obligatory Salah (Fard prayers) based on authentic Ahadith.
1️⃣ Astaghfirullah (x3)
Arabic:
اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّٰهَ
Hadith Reference:
➡ Narrated by Thawban (رضي الله عنه), the Prophet ﷺ used to say Astaghfirullah three times after every prayer.
[Sahih Muslim 591]English Translation:
“I seek forgiveness from Allah.”Meaning:
Asking Allah for forgiveness from shortcomings in the prayer or sins.
2️⃣ "Allahumma antas-salaam..."
Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ السَّلَامُ، وَمِنْكَ السَّلَامُ، تَبَارَكْتَ يَا ذَا الْجَلاَلِ وَالإِكْرَامِHadith Reference:
➡ Reported by Thawban (رضي الله عنه): When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished his prayer, he would say...
[Sahih Muslim 591]English Translation:
“O Allah, You are Peace and from You is peace. Blessed are You, O Owner of majesty and honor.”Meaning:
Praising Allah and acknowledging His attribute of peace.
3️⃣ Ayat-ul-Kursi – Surah Al-Baqarah (2:255)
Arabic:
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ...
(recite full verse)Surah Reference:
➡ Qur’an – Surah Al-Baqarah 2:255
Hadith Reference:
➡ “Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi after each obligatory prayer, nothing prevents him from entering Paradise except death.”
[An-Nasa’i 992 – Hasan by Albani]English Translation (brief):
“Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence...”
(Recite full Ayah)Meaning:
Affirms the Oneness, Power, and Knowledge of Allah.
4️⃣ Tasbeeh Fatimah (33x, 33x, 34x)
Say:
SubhanAllah (33 times)
Alhamdulillah (33 times)
Allahu Akbar (34 times)
Hadith Reference:
➡ The Prophet ﷺ said to Fatimah (رضي الله عنها): "Shall I not direct you to something better than what you have asked for?"
[Sahih Bukhari 5362, Muslim 2727]English Translations:
SubhanAllah – “Glory is to Allah.”
Alhamdulillah – “All praise is due to Allah.”
Allahu Akbar – “Allah is the Greatest.”
Meaning:
SubhanAllah: Declaring Allah is free from all imperfections.
Alhamdulillah: Expressing gratitude.
Allahu Akbar: Acknowledging Allah’s greatness above all.
5️⃣ La ilaha illAllahu wahdahu la sharika lahu... (x10 or x1)
Arabic:
لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌHadith Reference:
➡ The Messenger ﷺ said: "Whoever says this 10 times after Fajr and Maghrib, Allah will protect him from Shaytan until the evening/morning."
[Sahih Bukhari 6403, Muslim 2691]English Translation:
“There is no deity except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and all praise, and He is over all things capable.”Meaning:
Affirms pure Tawheed (Oneness of Allah) and glorifies His Power.
6️⃣ SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi (x100)
Arabic:
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِHadith Reference:
➡ “Whoever says SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi 100 times a day, his sins will be forgiven even if they are like the foam of the sea.”
[Sahih Bukhari 6405, Muslim 2691]English Translation:
“Glory is to Allah and praise is to Him.”Meaning:
Praising and glorifying Allah with love and humility.

7️⃣ Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas (Recite once after every prayer, thrice after Fajr & Maghrib)
Arabic:
Qul huwallahu ahad...
Qul a'udhu birabbil falaq...
Qul a'udhu birabbin-naas...
Surah Reference:
➡ Surah 112, 113, 114Hadith Reference:
➡ The Prophet ﷺ used to recite the Mu’awwidhat (the 3 Quls) after prayers and before sleeping.
[Abu Dawood 1523 – Hasan]English Translation:
“Say, He is Allah, [Who is] One...”
“Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak...”
“Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind...”
Meaning:
Seeking protection, affirming Tawheed, and seeking Allah’s refuge from all harm.
