๐Ÿ”น Meaning: In Jannah, there is no hate. So if you let go here, you’re preparing your place there.

๐ŸŒฟ HADITH TO HEAL HATRED

1. The Prophet ๏ทบ Said:

“Do not hate one another. Do not be jealous of one another. Do not turn away from one another. Be servants of Allah — as brothers.”
Sahih Muslim

2. About Forgiveness

“He who forgives others, Allah will elevate him.”
Tirmidhi

๐Ÿ”น Meaning: You may think you’re letting someone off easy — but really, you’re freeing your own heart.

3. A Man Promised Jannah

The Prophet ๏ทบ once said a man would enter Paradise. When asked what made him special, it was said:

“I go to sleep every night without holding hatred in my heart for anyone.”

๐Ÿ”น That could be you. Don’t let hate steal your peace.

๐Ÿคฒ DUAS TO RELEASE HATRED

1. Dua of Peaceful Hearts

“Our Lord, do not place in our hearts hatred toward those who believe.”
Surah Al-Hashr (59:10)

2. From the Heart:

๐Ÿ•Š️ “Ya Allah, I feel angry. I feel hurt. And yes, I hate — but I want to be free. Remove this fire from my heart. Let me forgive for Your sake. Heal me, even if they never apologize.”

3. When You Can’t Let Go:

ุงู„ู„َّู‡ُู…َّ ุทَู‡ِّุฑْ ู‚َู„ْุจِูŠ ู…ِู†َ ุงู„ْุญِู‚ْุฏِ ูˆَุงู„ْุจُุบْุถِ ูˆَุงุฌْุนَู„ْู†ِูŠ ู…ِู†َ ุงู„ْู…ُุญْุณِู†ِูŠู†َ

“O Allah, purify my heart from hatred and malice, and make me among those who do good.”

๐Ÿ’› REMEMBER THIS:

  • Forgiving doesn’t mean forgetting. It means choosing peace over pain.

  • You don’t have to love them again — but you can let go for yourself.

  • The real winner is not the one who hurts you — it's the one who forgives despite being hurt.

“Let go, not because they deserve it — but because your heart deserves peace.”
