QUR’AN VERSES FOR FRUSTRATION


1. Surah Ash-Sharh (94:5–6)

ูَุฅِู†َّ ู…َุนَ ุงู„ْุนُุณْุฑِ ูŠُุณْุฑًุง • ุฅِู†َّ ู…َุนَ ุงู„ْุนُุณْุฑِ ูŠُุณْุฑًุง

“Indeed, with hardship comes ease. Surely, with hardship comes ease.”
๐Ÿ”น Meaning: Not after hardship — with it. Your frustration is not forever — relief is already being prepared for you.


2. Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286)

ู„َุง ูŠُูƒَู„ِّูُ ุงู„ู„َّู‡ُ ู†َูْุณًุง ุฅِู„َّุง ูˆُุณْุนَู‡َุง

“Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.”
๐Ÿ”น Meaning: Allah knows your limits better than you do. This test — this feeling — is something you have the strength to get through.


3. Surah Aal-Imran (3:139)

ูˆَู„َุง ุชَู‡ِู†ُูˆุง ูˆَู„َุง ุชَุญْุฒَู†ُูˆุง ูˆَุฃَู†ุชُู…ُ ุงู„ْุฃَุนْู„َูˆْู†َ ุฅِู† ูƒُู†ุชُู… ู…ُّุคْู…ِู†ِูŠู†َ

“So do not weaken and do not grieve, for you will be superior if you are [true] believers.”
๐Ÿ”น Meaning: Don’t let frustration defeat you. Allah promises elevation for those who stay firm.


๐ŸŒฟ HADITH FOR DEALING WITH FRUSTRATION


1. The Prophet ๏ทบ Said:

“Know that victory comes with patience, relief with hardship, and ease with difficulty.”
Hadith Hasan, Ahmad

๐Ÿ”น Meaning: Every frustration is a step closer to relief. Don’t stop. You’re closer than you think.


2. Don’t Say “If Only…”

“If something befalls you, don’t say, ‘If only I had done such and such.’ Say: ู‚َุฏَّุฑَ ุงู„ู„َّู‡ُ ูˆَู…َุง ุดَุงุกَ ูَุนَู„َ — ‘It is the decree of Allah, and He does what He wills.’”
Sahih Muslim

๐Ÿ”น Meaning: Regret and frustration feed each other. But trusting Allah’s plan gives peace, even when you don’t understand it.


3. Allah Rewards Your Patience

“No Muslim is afflicted with hardship, grief, or frustration… except that Allah expiates his sins because of it.”
Bukhari & Muslim

๐Ÿ”น Meaning: Your struggle is not wasted — it’s recorded, rewarded, and purified.


๐Ÿง˜‍♂️ DUAS FOR FRUSTRATION & INNER PEACE


1. For Emotional Control & Strength

ุงู„ู„َّู‡ُู…َّ ุงุฌْุนَู„ْ ู„ِูŠ ู…ِู†ْ ูƒُู„ِّ ู‡َู…ٍّ ูَุฑَุฌًุง، ูˆَู…ِู†ْ ูƒُู„ِّ ุถِูŠู‚ٍ ู…َุฎْุฑَุฌًุง

“O Allah, make for me from every worry a relief, and from every tightness an escape.”


2. When Overwhelmed

ุญَุณْุจِูŠَ ุงู„ู„َّู‡ُ ู„َุง ุฅِู„َٰู‡َ ุฅِู„َّุง ู‡ُูˆَ ุนَู„َูŠْู‡ِ ุชَูˆَูƒَّู„ْุชُ

“Allah is sufficient for me; there is no god but Him. I place my trust in Him.”
(Qur’an 9:129)
๐Ÿ”น Say this with conviction. Let it calm your soul.


3. Talk to Allah in Your Own Words

๐Ÿ•Š️ “Ya Allah, I’m tired. I’m trying, but it’s hard. My chest feels tight. My mind feels heavy. Please ease what I cannot fix. You are the Turner of hearts — turn mine back to peace.”


๐Ÿ’› REMEMBER THIS:

  • Frustration is a sign you care.

  • Patience is not passive — it’s power.

  • Allah is near — even when you feel everything is falling apart.
