QUR’AN VERSES FOR A SOUL THAT FEELS EMPTY
1. Surah Ar-Ra’d (13:28)
ุฃََูุง ุจِุฐِْูุฑِ ูฑَِّููู ุชَุทْู َุฆُِّู ูฑُُْููููุจُ
“Surely, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”
๐น Meaning: You won’t find peace in distractions. You’ll find it in dhikr — in saying “Ya Allah” even when it feels like nothing.
2. Surah Al-Hashr (59:19)
ََููุง ุชَُُููููุง َูุงَّูุฐَِูู َูุณُูุง ุงََّููู َูุฃَูุณَุงُูู ْ ุฃَُููุณَُูู ْ
“Do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves.”
๐น Meaning: Disconnection from Allah leads to disconnection from your own soul. The cure is to remember Him.
3. Surah Ad-Duha (93:4–5)
ََْูููุขุฎِุฑَุฉُ ุฎَْูุฑٌ ََّูู ู َِู ุงْูุฃَُููู • ََููุณََْูู ُูุนْุทَِูู ุฑَุจَُّู َูุชَุฑْุถَู
“And the Hereafter is better for you than this life. And your Lord will give you, and you will be pleased.”
๐น Meaning: This moment of emptiness is not the end. What’s coming from Allah will fill your heart with joy — if you stay patient.
๐ฟ HADITH FOR THE HOLLOW MOMENTS
1. The Prophet ๏ทบ Said:
“There is a piece of flesh in the body — if it is sound, the whole body is sound. It is the heart.”
— Sahih Bukhari & Muslim๐น Meaning: When your heart feels empty, it's a sign to refuel it with dhikr, Qur’an, and prayer.
2. The Prophet ๏ทบ Used to Say:
“O Turner of the hearts, keep my heart firm on Your religion.”
— Tirmidhi๐น Meaning: Even the Prophet ๏ทบ sought protection from spiritual emptiness. Don’t feel ashamed — ask Allah to fill you again.
๐ง♀️ DUAS TO FILL THE VOID
1. Dua for a Full Heart
ุงُّูููู َّ ุงุฌْุจُุฑْ َْููุจِู َูุงู َْูุฃُْู ุจُِููุฑَِู َูุฑِุถَุงَู
“O Allah, mend my heart and fill it with Your light and Your pleasure.”
2. From the Heart:
๐️ “Ya Allah, I feel hollow. Like I’ve lost something. But I know You are the One who fills every space — fill me with Your love, Your mercy, Your nearness.”
3. Speak Gently to Your Soul:
“I am not empty. I am waiting to be filled by Allah.”
๐ REMEMBER THIS:
Feeling empty is a signal — not a failure.
It’s your soul’s cry to return to its Creator.
Start small: one “Alhamdulillah.” One prayer. One verse. One sincere “Ya Rabb.”
