🛡️ 1. Ayat al-Kursi – The Throne Verse
Surah Al-Baqarah (2:255)
Arabic:
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ ۚ... (Full ayah below)Transliteration:
Allāhu lā ilāha illā huwa al-ḥayyul-qayyūm...Translation:
"Allah! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence..."Meaning & Protection Benefit:
Reciting Ayat al-Kursi after each prayer and before sleeping protects one from Shaytaan and all harm. It creates a divine shield around you.🛡️ 2. The Last Two Verses of Surah Al-Baqarah
Surah Al-Baqarah (2:285–286)
Arabic:
آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ... (Full verses)Transliteration:
Āmana ar-rasūlu bimā unzila ilayhi...Translation:
"The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers..."Meaning & Protection Benefit:
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Whoever recites the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah at night, it will suffice him."
(Sahih al-Bukhari)It protects against evil, harm, and Shayateen throughout the night.
🛡️ 3. Surah Al-Falaq (113) & Surah An-Naas (114) – The Last Two Surahs
Arabic:
Surah Al-Falaq:
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ...Surah An-Naas:
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ...Translation (Al-Falaq):
"Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak..."Translation (An-Naas):
"Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind..."Meaning & Protection Benefit:
Recite them three times in the morning and evening.
They protect from black magic, evil eye, envy, jinn, and every evil creature.
Sunnah: The Prophet ﷺ used to recite them before sleeping and blow over his body.

Arabic:
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ...Translation:
"Say: He is Allah, the One..."Meaning & Protection Benefit:
Reciting Surah Ikhlas three times along with Al-Falaq and An-Naas gives complete protection from all evil.🛡️ 5. Dua for Protection from Evil of Creation
From the Sunnah – Authentic Hadith
Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَاTransliteration:
Allahumma inni a‘udhu bika min sharri nafsi, wa min sharri kulli dābbah anta ākhidhun bināṣiyatiha.Translation:
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my own self and from the evil of every creature You have control over.”Meaning & Protection Benefit:
A shield from the evil of people, animals, jinn, and your own soul.🛡️ 6. Dua for Protection from Harm While Leaving Home
Hadith – Abu Dawood
Arabic:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِTransliteration:
Bismillāh, tawakkaltu ‘alā Allāh, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh.Translation:
"In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah; there is no power and no strength except with Allah."Meaning & Benefit:
When you say this before leaving your home, it is said to you:
“You are guided, protected, and guarded.” (Tirmidhi)🛡️ 7. Protection from the Evil Eye
Arabic:
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَTransliteration:
A‘ūdhu bikalimātillāhit-tāmmāti min sharri mā khalaq.Translation:
"I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created."Meaning & Benefit:
Recite morning, evening, and when entering new places. It protects against evil eye, jinn, and creatures.🛡️ 8. Dua for Protection from Enemies
Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِيهِمْ بِمَا شِئْتَTransliteration:
Allāhumma ikfinīhim bimā shi’ta.Translation:
"O Allah, protect me from them in any way You will."Meaning & Benefit:
A concise and powerful dua used by the Prophet ﷺ when threatened.
Ask Allah to suffice you against your enemies, however He wills.🛡️ 9. Dua for Safety from Evil Plots & Magic
Arabic:
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِTransliteration:
Hasbiyallāhu lā ilāha illā huwa, ‘alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa Rabbul-‘Arshil-‘Aẓīm.Translation:
"Allah is Sufficient for me; there is no deity except Him. Upon Him I rely, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne."Meaning & Benefit:
This was the Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.) in the fire and Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in distress. Reciting this 7 times in the morning and evening brings relief from fear, magic, and hardship.
