QUR’AN VERSES FOR WHEN YOU FEEL FAR FROM ALLAH
1. Surah Qaf (50:16)
ََููุญُْู ุฃَْูุฑَุจُ ุฅَِِْููู ู ِْู ุญَุจِْู ูฑَْููุฑِูุฏِ
“We are closer to him than his jugular vein.”
๐น Meaning: You can’t be far from Allah — because He’s already near, even when you don’t feel it.
2. Surah Al-Baqarah (2:186)
َูุฅِِّูู َูุฑِูุจٌ ۖ ุฃُุฌِูุจُ ุฏَุนَْูุฉَ ูฑูุฏَّุงุนِ ุฅِุฐَุง ุฏَุนَุงِู
“I am near. I respond to the call of the one who calls upon Me.”
๐น Meaning: Allah waits for your return. One sincere call and He listens.
3. Surah Az-Zumar (39:53)
َูุง ุชََْููุทُูุง ู ِู ุฑَّุญْู َุฉِ ุงَِّููู
“Do not despair of the mercy of Allah.”
๐น Meaning: No matter how long you’ve been distant, you are always welcome home.
๐ฟ HADITH FOR A DISCONNECTED HEART
1. Hadith Qudsi – Allah Says:
“Whoever comes to Me walking, I come to him running.”
— Sahih Muslim๐น Meaning: Take even the smallest step toward Allah — and He will rush to meet you.
2. Shaytan Wants You to Stay Away
“The Shaytan says: ‘How can you pray after what you’ve done?’ Say back to him: ‘Because of what I’ve done, I need to return to Allah!’”
— Paraphrased from Ibn Al-Qayyim๐น Meaning: Feeling far isn’t a sign to give up — it’s a call to come closer.
3. The Prophet ๏ทบ Said:
“Allah stretches His hand at night to forgive the sinner of the day, and stretches it during the day to forgive the sinner of the night.”
— Sahih Muslim๐น Meaning: Allah is always waiting. Morning or night — just turn back.
๐️ DUAS TO RECONNECT WITH ALLAH
1. When You Feel Far Away
ุงُّูููู َّ ุฑُุฏَِّูู ุฅََِْููู ุฑَุฏًّุง ุฌَู ِููุงً
“O Allah, return me to You in a beautiful way.”
2. When You Want to Feel Close Again
“Ya Allah, I feel far from You. My heart is heavy. My soul feels lost. But I miss You. Please pull me back. Don’t let me die like this.”
3. For Peace & Nearness
ุงَُّูููู َّ ุงุฌุนููู ู ู ุงูู َُูุฑَّุจِูู
“O Allah, make me among those who are near to You.”
๐ REMEMBER THIS:
Allah is not disappointed in you. He is waiting for you.
Even your desire to come back is a mercy from Him.
Distance is an illusion — one sincere “Ya Allah” breaks it.
“Don’t be ashamed of returning to Allah, no matter how many times you’ve walked away.
He is not tired of forgiving — you just need to stop tiring of asking.”
