๐ Visit HereQUR’AN VERSES FOR WHEN YOU FEEL ALONE
1. Surah Al-Baqarah (2:186)
َูุฅِุฐَุง ุณَุฃَََูู ุนِุจَุงุฏِู ุนَِّูู َูุฅِِّูู َูุฑِูุจٌ
“And when My servants ask you about Me, indeed I am near.”
๐น Meaning: You don’t need to go far. Just whisper, and Allah is already there.
2. Surah At-Tawbah (9:40)
ุฅِุฐْ َُُูููู ِูุตَุงุญِุจِِู َูุง ุชَุญْุฒَْู ุฅَِّู ุงََّููู ู َุนََูุง
“He said to his companion, ‘Do not grieve; indeed, Allah is with us.’”
๐น Meaning: Even in the darkest cave, the Prophet ๏ทบ found strength — not from people — but from Allah’s presence.
3. Surah Ad-Duha (93:3)
ู َุง َูุฏَّุนََู ุฑَุจَُّู َูู َุง ََٰููู
“Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor has He turned away.”
๐น Meaning: Feeling distant doesn’t mean you’ve been forgotten. Allah never walks away.
๐ฟ HADITH TO COMFORT THE ISOLATED HEART
1. The Prophet ๏ทบ Said:
“Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him before you.”
— Tirmidhi๐น Meaning: When the world backs away, Allah comes closer. You were never truly alone.
2. Every Step is Seen
“No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow… even a thorn that pricks — except Allah expiates sins by it.”
— Bukhari & Muslim๐น Meaning: Even your silent struggles are seen. And they are not wasted.
3. Allah is Closer Than You Think
“Indeed, Allah is closer to you than your jugular vein.” — [Qur’an 50:16]
๐น Meaning: He is closer than your shadow, your breath, your thoughts. Never doubt His nearness.
๐คฒ DUAS FOR LONELINESS & ISOLATION
1. The Dua of Feeling Forgotten
ุงَُّูููู َّ ุขِูุณْ َูุญْุดَุชِู َูุทَู ِّْู َْููุจِู َูุงุฑْุฒُِْููู ُูุฑْุจََู
“O Allah, comfort my loneliness, calm my heart, and grant me closeness to You.”
2. The Dua of Connection
َูุง ุฑَุจِّ، ُُّูู ุงَّููุงุณِ ُูู ُِْูู ุฃَْู ُูุบَุงุฏِุฑُِููู، َِْููู ุฃَْูุชَ ุฏَุงุฆِู ًุง ู َุนِู
“O my Lord, people may leave me, but You are always with me.”
3. From the Heart:
๐️ “Ya Allah, I feel so alone. I feel like no one hears me, but I know You do. Please fill my emptiness with Your light, and remind me that being with You is never loneliness.”
๐ REMEMBER THIS:
Loneliness is a gift when it leads you to Allah.
Even the Prophet ๏ทบ was isolated in the cave of Hira — and that’s where revelation came.
Being alone doesn’t mean you're unloved. It means you're being prepared, purified, and drawn closer to your Rabb.
“The loneliest heart on earth can be the most loved one in the heavens.”
