QUR’AN VERSES WHEN YOU FEEL UNLOVED
1. Surah Maryam (19:96)
ุฅَِّู ุงَّูุฐَِูู ุขู َُููุง َูุนَู ُِููุง ุงูุตَّุงِูุญَุงุชِ ุณََูุฌْุนَُู َُููู ُ ุงูุฑَّุญْู َُٰูู ُูุฏًّุง
"Indeed, those who believe and do good — the Most Merciful will appoint for them love."
(Qur’an 19:96)
๐น Meaning: When you turn to Allah, He plants true love for you in the hearts of others — not false, temporary love.
2. Surah Ad-Duhaa (93:3–5)
ู َุง َูุฏَّุนََู ุฑَุจَُّู َูู َุง ََٰููู • ََْูููุขุฎِุฑَุฉُ ุฎَْูุฑٌ ََّูู ู َِู ุงْูุฃَُٰููู • ََููุณََْูู ُูุนْุทَِูู ุฑَุจَُّู َูุชَุฑْุถَٰู
"Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor has He hated you. And the Hereafter is better for you than this life. And your Lord will give you, and you will be pleased."
๐น Meaning: You may feel unloved by people, but Allah has never left you, and He will give you more than your heart can even imagine.
3. Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286)
َูุง َُُِّูููู ุงَُّููู َْููุณًุง ุฅَِّูุง ُูุณْุนََูุง
"Allah does not burden a soul more than it can bear."
๐น Meaning: Your emotional pain is valid. But you’re stronger than you know — and Allah knows what you can carry.
๐ฟ HADITH: HOW ALLAH LOVES YOU
1. Allah’s Love Is Greater Than a Mother’s
The Prophet ๏ทบ said: “Allah is more merciful to His servant than a mother to her child.”
— Sahih al-Bukhari๐น Meaning: A mother's love is deep — but Allah’s love is infinitely deeper, gentler, and without conditions.
2. Hadith Qudsi – "I Love You" from Allah
Allah says: “My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary acts until I love him...”
— Sahih al-Bukhari๐น Meaning: When you make a small effort for Allah, He loves you. When people forget you — He still sees you.
3. You Matter to Allah
“If Allah loves a servant, He calls Jibreel: ‘Allah loves so-and-so, so love him.’ Then the people of the heavens love him, and acceptance is placed for him on Earth.”
— Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim๐น Meaning: Real love — the kind that lasts — starts from above. Earn it from Allah, and you’ll never feel empty again.
๐ DUAS FOR WHEN YOU FEEL UNLOVED OR UNWANTED
1. Speak Your Heart to Allah:
๐️ “Ya Allah, I feel unseen, unloved, forgotten. But I know You see me. You know me. You created me. Fill my heart with Your love. Replace this emptiness with Your light. Make me content with You.”
2. Dua for Love, Mercy & Peace
ุงَُّูููู َّ ุงุฌْุนَِْููู ู ِู َّْู ุชُุญِุจُُّูู ْ َُููุญِุจََُّููู
“O Allah, make me among those whom You love, and who love You.”
3. Dhikr That Earns Allah’s Love
ุฃَุณْุชَุบِْูุฑُ ุงََّููู – Astaghfirullah (I seek Allah’s forgiveness)
ุงَُّูููู َّ ุตَِّู ุนََٰูู ู ُุญَู َّุฏ – Send blessings upon the Prophet ๏ทบThese purify the heart and draw closeness and affection from Allah.
๐ก YOU ARE LOVED EVEN IF...
People left? Allah is still here.
You don’t feel worthy? He created you with purpose.
You feel unloved? He names Himself “Al-Wadud” – The Most Loving.
